Ve Day 80th anniversary
Eighty years after the end of the Second World War, we visited Llanwrtyd Wells with Old Bromsgrovian Christopher Price to record his memories of living there as a Bromsgrove pupil during the war.
Many boys joined the School in Wales and then moved to Bromsgrove when it returned. Christopher was jst one of them, spendig four years in Llanwrtyd Wells and just a term and a half in Bromsgrove. He has returned often to Llanwrtyd Wells on Remembrance Day to lay the wreath for Old Bromsgrovians who lost their lives during WW2.
